Here at Moldify3D, our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your order. We carefully inspect every single print before it goes out the door. If you have any problems, here’s how we can solve them together.
A Quick Note on 3D Prints
3D printed objects are unique! Each one is made layer by layer and may have tiny, minor imperfections like visible layer lines. This is a natural part of the 3D printing process and is what makes each item a one-of-a-kind creation.
For Standard, Pre-Designed Products
(This applies to items like the Pixel Sword or the Vortex Sculpture)
If your item arrives damaged in the mail, if we accidentally sent you the wrong thing, or if there is a major printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you contact us and provide a photo of the issue, we will be happy to either:
- Send you a brand new replacement print, free of charge.
- Provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Because we are a small shop, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
For Custom Requested Models
Custom models are special because they are designed and printed just for you, based on your unique idea.
Because of the time and material that goes into creating a one-of-a-kind print, all sales for custom-requested models are final and cannot be returned or refunded once the printing process has begun.
Of course, if your custom creation arrives broken or damaged from shipping, the policy above still applies! Just contact us immediately so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
If you have a problem with your order, please send an email to support@moldify3d.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- A quick description of the issue
- A photo of the item (this is very helpful if it’s damaged!)
We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. We really appreciate your support and will always do our best to be fair and make things right.
